mine with 50mm prime..

I've been using it and quite impressed actually. I had never encountered any problems by the third party BG and I'd strongly recommend this as the alternative?.
Thanks for the input. I guess i'll get the phottix one and save some $ for a 50mm icon_rolleyes.gif

tbh nikon grips feel a little too plasticky. Even the d200 one when i first used it i thought it was a aftermarket -.-. turns out it was ori. The current d80/d90 one Im using feels and works just like the real deal!

oh and the tokina 12-24 f/4 is a wonderful little piece of work. Sharp throughout, close in peformance to the nikkor (based on reviews) and has miles better quality than tamron or sigma.

Oh the 12-24mm f/4! It's damn sharp and I like its solid build quality! Performance wise, nikkor of course beats it and I don't really like the distortion especially when captured vertically.

Hehe it made the 50mm longer a bit which is good in my opinion.
Cos after d90 attached the battery grip and use 50mm it look so funny. tongue.gif

Thanks mafiaboy34 for recommending the phottix premium battery grip for D90, before this i still thinking wanna buy the expensive ori grip or not and now i got the answer already! biggrin.gif
