Morning All,

noticed during the weekend my E71 kinda has a slow response/delayed time when
I press any keys. any ideas why? Im on Latest Firmware : v400.21.013
*
response slow eh? restart lor.. a fresh restart will always free ur ram.. other than tat use x-plore go to c drive and delete those files in it..except for the vss and index.dat .. and restart.. tat odd do the trick

nicholasbeh:
getting u a e72 wont solve ur lagging problem as well as e72 firmware is still new hence its ram usage also not very mature yet .. free ram only at 30-40mb.. expect slower response..

I notice that garmin consumes a lot of energy. Today I ran it for 2 hours. Half battery gone. Same with you all one?

most of the battery juice is mainly used for the display (refer nokia energy profiler). if you use garmin for 2 hours, means your display is turn on for 2 hours. my prctice, if the gramin say "continue 20km and then turn left", press home key and let the display off until you reach the 20km. then back to garmin to continue your navigation. i think if u travel from kuala perlis to pontian, with garmin on, ur phone is dead by tapah smile.gif

Vcool doesnt affect much on navigation..it affect much on lock on.. I blame human error.. something u cant always depend on d arrow only... U much always read d road on which is d nex turn.. And how far is it from d nex turn.. Sometimes u undercount sometimes u overcount.. Hence u sometimes turn b4 u should turn or miss it entirely.. In ur case.. Ur light is of.. So i bet u didnt notice which road u suppose to turn into b4 u suppose to turn ..u only look jus few second b4 u turn..
2ndly v cant always depend on gps.. It is jus a guide.. our mind is d best gps.. And to me i think papago is a better navigation system..jus my 2 cent..

Mydelsol :
Guess d deletion of d cache in ur c drive help eh.. Glad it did..
