just updated my firmware.. then nokia pc suite cannot detect my phone.. anyone having the same problem? any solution?

Morning All,
noticed during the weekend my E71 kinda has a slow response/delayed time when I press any keys. any ideas why? Im on Latest Firmware : v400.21.013 |

i updated latest firmware and i oso have that kind of issue.slow response.and my ram seems lowered because i cant running 3 application on the same time.previously run very smooth.
