was on super pi 32m. real temp kan ada tunjuk how much the load? was using that to compare between the 2. mana mungkin salah mount. betul la ni. baik pakai 212+ rather than this prolima. =(

remember the load on superpi is only 25%load...not 100 huhu...70 on 25%...if 100% load u can imagine how high

stress it the proper way.

close the side panel,make sure the ambient temp is about the same and run a proper stressing tool.

super pi imo is just not stressful enuff.

ezzy: with 1 core active n ht off it shows that i'm running it at 100% =(

not a suicide run of coz.ran it on stock and on 24/7 oc stable clock.



do u run with only 1 core or u just set the affinity to 1 core???

hilmi: running 1 core only for 4.9ghz 32m. kalau dah 1 core, affinity also 1 core. whahahaha! erm. i don't have a 24/7 oc. for 24/7 i use stock clock.

no wonder it show 100% cpu usage and thats not stressful enuff to judge a HSF cooling ability.

try run it with 4 threads and set the affinity to only 1 core and like ezzy said it'll show only 25% cpu usage.

yeah that i know. done 1 hour prime. h50 wins by 8c.

wta all sifu here...between GA-P55-UD3P RM555 & Asus P7P55D-E, which board is better and easier to oc i3-530 to 3.5/.6 for a newbie like me?

for easiness of overclocking get the MSI P55 GD65.the one touch oc button aka OC Genie does work as advertise.

oh..really? coz i read review of it state that it did not have cmos clear button..<--does this mean in order to clear d cmos, u need to take out the battery to reset it??

there's no need to take out the battery.

I've been doing that ever since...only now with GD70 i seldom take out the battery, but previously all my CMOS clearing procedure has involved jumper settings and battery dismount, you should try that

sai86: for ease of oc-ing, can try the msi p55-gd65 as hilmiangah said. not a bad board for the price. but why don't u get the cheaper giga h55 mobo's?

is it good to oc?? i dunno much about h55 and these review quit confusing ...and its a mATX form right? how bout this tze,--> Gigbayte H55M-USB3??

h55m-usb3 is the newer board of my h55m-ud2h. bios is the same, layout seems the same so should be an excellent clocker too. with additional 2 usb ports. and its also all usb 3.0 IINM. =)

btw only on h55 mobo did i get 4.95ghz. all the previous p55 mobos that i've used (msi p55-gd65, asus maximus III gene, gigabyte p55-ud4p) stunted me @ 4.7 - 4.8ghz only.
