hilmi: running 1 core only for 4.9ghz 32m. kalau dah 1 core, affinity also 1 core. whahahaha! erm. i don't have a 24/7 oc. for 24/7 i use stock clock.

To oc i5-750, is it compulsory to have specialised heatsink/fan and/or performance ram? If using stock heatsink and normal/value ram, can oc or not?

its a must to have a decent cooler to OC i5...
if not u will end up burning ur proc...

i get BSOD after an hour running OCCT same with prime95.

3.6ghz with vcore 1.2v dram freq=722mhz cl9 1.65v,pll=1.8,pch =1.15 ,vtt=1.25 stable pass 1hour occt but havent primed yet.temp is killing me 77c with full load.

since temperature is killing now itching to whether can pass with cl 6-7-6-20-64

i've x3450 ES and here is the setting for 3.6GHz in bios.

vcore : 1.2625v
vtt : 1.21v
vpll : 1.8v
vpch : 1.05v
vram : 1.66v @ 1600MHz 8-8-8-24

the prob is it wont stable even at 3.8GHz. can someone here share voltage setting for i7 860 at those speed? so i have reference to try.

actually some ppl cant get that if got good batch of ram.since mine doing 1440mhz with team extreem LV 1600 cl7.kinda a waste so hehe "itching".

most stressfull is prime95 x64 25.9 blend 5.4gb in windows diagnostic mode
u need to pass min 8-12 hours

take note u can pass linx even 100 runs but will fail the above

y u think in xs less than 20 ppl only has posted in the thread... its that hard.. as it will cycle ure pwm's capability
linx stress is like a off and on switch every 4-5 minutes..

im using h50 trust me still too hot.still a bit skeptical whether TR venom is better than h50.tomorrow will try push and pull with h50 as soon as i got the screws from h/ware shop.no money to buy yummy fans cm90cfm only.

try 1.35v for vcore.i also tried 3.8ghz oc but the temperature wahlauwei can cook telur mata edi
