to oc you need a time to rise up bro... take time step by step is better than jump up to the upfront and suddenly drop anyway i think you did as good as you just now... not bad at all.. at least you can shave off a lot ppl out there... in the meantime, you can experiment more and developing your own skills...

To oc i5-750, is it compulsory to have specialised heatsink/fan and/or performance ram? If using stock heatsink and normal/value ram, can oc or not?

Intel stock HSF is not recommended for OC. There are many decent 3rd party coolers in market ie. Prolimatech Megashadow/Megahalem, TRUE120, Vernomous-X (soon) etc...

Is it correct that if only wanted to achieve i5-750 2.66GHz to Turbo Boost 3.2GHz, then stock heatsink and value ram shall be OK?

before you're gonna oc it, check the load temp using the stock clock speed. if you found that it's still good to go, rise up it little by little until you found there's a limit not to reach below 20 degree TJ max.

u can use prime95,OCCT,intel burn test or other stress software to test it... make sure u always monitor the proc temp...make sure it not reach higher than 80c... for prime95 run it minimum 8 hours without any errors...
