three reasons.. for me not posting

one the m3f/dfi unit is a borrowed unit and need permission
second havent got a waterblock for the 1156 socket yet
third reasons.. theres some skew issues with elpida hypers. i will be getting some bbse this weekend.. dom's 2200 c8 and adata 2200 c8

took a look only c a few actually post linx or linkpack testing. mostly orthos and other less stressful benchmarks. was wondering hengmy posted his linx test but the temp shown was after the test done? wuts the temp like underload i wonder?

most stressfull is prime95 x64 25.9 blend 5.4gb in windows diagnostic mode
u need to pass min 8-12 hours

take note u can pass linx even 100 runs but will fail the above

y u think in xs less than 20 ppl only has posted in the thread... its that hard.. as it will cycle ure pwm's capability
linx stress is like a off and on switch every 4-5 minutes..
the above is talking 8-12hours straight 100% load

hmm i should try it out then. wut settings would u recommend as i presume 5.4gb as in if u have 6 gig of ram.

i5 i only got 4 gig dual channel lol ; ;

o damn ln2 cooling ; ; anyways ran prime 95 yesterday for 11 hrs all stable and also linx @ 4 gig pretty happy with it already rclxms.gif

cstkl, sry for out topic question and a bit noob... issit the theory u mentioned apply to i7 as well rite ?

cause linx is load, then idle a while load again.. while p95 take ur cpu 100% for few hours...

ram @ 1600 all auto using the cheap kingston value ram ^^;
