aiyo.. u need to find out ma... first ur oc ur proc first, then u oc ur ram, then oni u see if the two setting can combine together....

ran the memtest[not memtest86]...dis 1 i run from windows...
ran about 3hrs+ found no errors...which gives conclusion that there is smthng wrong wit my settings,not my ram rite??

cleared d cmos...
wanna see how much can go without any +vcore...1.251v is default for dis proc rite??

each processor have it own stock vcore, try load the processor at stock clock and u can see what your processor vid.
if u load your processor at oc-ed speed, even u set auto in vcore, the vcore might not the actual vid of the processor.

yes, i5 default is 1.25v. try push vcore first with each increment of bclk. if vcore makes no diff then up vtt

how many memtest u run at one time?
did full coverage of ram?


Added on November 25, 2009, 8:37 ami mean how many instance of memtest?

coz usually error within the 1st 15min is caused by ram.

two app of memtest wit 896mb each...
run it around 3hrs+...

what he meant by is use as much RAM in Windows memtest as possible
and leave the freaking comp alone for 3 hours because you wouldn't wanna use within that 3 hours of memtesing

currently my i5 is daily overclocked using Gigabyte SmartBoost, to 3.2GHZ.. using Corsair H50...the temp is awesome! did not exceed 60c under load biggrin.gif

i wanna oc my i5 750 to 4ghz+ but can seems t stable even at 4.9ghz..
can enter windows...but cant stable when prime...1/2 cores will stop...
if u read my previous replies u'll know what i meant...

Actually to me rite~ the temperature is rather poor given that ur using watercooling. And 3.2ghz is not a big problem coz by default its supposed to run at max 3.2ghz wit one core anyway. on default voltage u can push it higher up to 3.5-3.6ghz
