any1 know wat software tht can convert to iphone ringtone?

b4 i use iringer but then now got prob with it..keep on crashing
n i tried yilisoft but is shareware which only can convert 10sec
any other freeware tht simple yet nice?

no jailbreak!!

basically u dont need to convert. just use this method:
right click ur song on itunes
click on get info
click on options tab
take notice of the time of the song u want. lets say from 0:00 - 0:40
put those on ur start time and end time press ok
right click
convert to aac
locate it on ur desktop
right click and rename the extension to m4a
double click it
and wala.. ringtone for the iphone .

I think the itunes way to create ringtone doesn't work with windows vista right

im using win vista n yes it works
just u need change the ext file to .m4r(u need to show the ext in filename)

jus now i downloaded a SMS ringtone from cydia.. but when i check @ my setting > sound > sms sound... the ringtone is not there.. any ideas?

Most SMS tones downloaded from Cydia are made to use with Winterboard. Not directly on the device. Your SMS tones should be listed in Winterboard.

u only can make ur ringtone duration for 30sec only...then only can c ur ringtone list in itunes n sync
