Just Live Chat to apply the PRKM. Get ready to have a scanned copy of ur myKad, ur spouse's myKad and ur kid's myKad and Birth Cert. These scanned copy can have watermark on them. Me suggest to put "TuneTalk ONLY" crossed-watermark.

Make sure we get the Case Number from the CS before ending the Live Chat session. Later, we will receive an SMS of the same Case Number as shown below:



The approval usually takes 24 hours. But me's is within 2 hours received SMS. We can activate the PRKM anytime after approval as long as before 15th April 2022. Me plan to activate on April's Fools Day (if this day still exists ... LOL...)

There's RM1,000 limit in the new T&C...

To avoid PAYU exceeding RM1,000. Must be some1 edy gotten his/her account billed more than RM1K "shockingly". So, now, TT can "legally" charge anyone having PAYU up to RM1K and no legal matters can stop them anymore.

No. Only for the TTHVP... This is becoz, once the PRKM ended on the 91st day, the plan will be auto-renew to TT Hi-25.

If we decided to switch, ensure we buy the 1 year validity in BUDDIES 1st.

The 1 year validity will remain untouched after switched to TTHV...

As for the plans, the BUDDIES is still valid if our monthly commitment has to be below RM10/month. TTHV lowest plan is RM20/m.

TTHVP has "Always Active" features like Momok Kuning. Today topup RM5 will get 5 days Account/SIM validity. Next week buy monthly plan (from remaining balance/credits without reload/topup), the account/SIM Validity extended 30 days too.

So, it is safe to keep reloading without worrying account/SIM in Grace Period. Once buy any of the Plans, the account/SIM Validity extended too and no need to reload at all.

But if just planning to keep the line active without any usage, just buy the 1 year account/SIM Validity for RM35/year.

Must MNP via their website ONLY. Once received the SIM, then only activate the SIM via apps.

Me suggest we call their CS to double confirm the SOP for MNP... it's very tricky process after we have received the SIM...

Better use SMS method as the app is usually not sync to their latest promos...

9 seconds outgoing call rated at 18 sen...



Me tested using the same 1-800 on Momok Kuning and Hotlink Panta*, the same 15 sen deduction on credit/account/balance despite of unlimited calls on both PRE-paid...

Oh well, me will MNP-o b4 this Merdeka anyway... not worrying me so much...LOL...

Conclusion: 1-800 is now like 1-300 ...

Better double check the credit as the deduction takes effect after 15 minutes the call ended...

Me also were a hardcore +V15 subscribers. But, TT was used to be me's backup SIM only. So, nowadays, there are better plans from other telcos to act as backup SIM.

If TT Vibe is our primary SIM, and at the same time we r happy with the monthly commitment and usage pattern, better stay...but watch out for the PAYU trap...

The reason me switched to TTHV on mid-April is becoz to enjoy the TT's 90 days Pakej Remaja plan. Once this 90 days is over, me will MNP-o to Hotlink Panta* which is perfect for backup SIM plan and also offer better value in-app purchase and reload discounts from Shopee. Hotlink also has VoLTE & Wi-Fi Calling features.
