I just change to TTHV plan from TTCV plan. I have subscribed to the yearly plan and my plan will expires on 11/6/2023 however the topup balance stays only until 22/7/2022. Do I have to purchase the 1 year validity period to avoid my cash balance from expiring?

Thanks for the info. Ya will contact Customer Care on this. The app home page already shows the current cycle on the data part as in refreshing in 28 days since it already passed 12am. I subscribed to Y200 yesterday. Would prefer the cash balance to show after the 360 days like before. At least I will know when my Y200 is expiring.

I'm currently on the yearly Jaringan with 2 days left. So the best way to sub 1 year validity is to wait until the last day? Can I sub daily/ weekly/ monthly after I sub the 1 year validity?

Hi guys..

Basically, i wanna subscribe the yearly plans RM200 for 120GB data which means I got 10GB/ months + 1 Year Validity. Since it requires me to pay using TT credit, then I need to top up first.

When I top up the RM200 package, it says I also entitle for the 8GB internet + 200 days validity + 480 TT pts.

Which means once I successfully top up, its best to say I better utilize the free 8GB then only subscribe the yearly plan?

Also, the 200 validity days that I got from top up value will be overwritten by 365 days once the yearly plan starts?
