Hi All, my yearly plan under TT Value Pack going to finish 1year next week. So far, the full monthly quota can use via hotspot - no quota.

Am considering switch to TTHi-Value & go for the Hi-25 or Hi-35 plan. Can anyone confirm if the entire 25Gb / 30Gb can hotspot? Or got restriction?

Reason I ask is because i saw got 5Gb Hotspot Booster in TT Hi-Value - which might mean that the base cannot hotspot or restricted hotspot.

PS: Another question is - If I subscribe to Hi-35, can i change / downgrade to Hi-25 later?

so I've subscribed to the Hi-35 plan. according to the TnC, can get unlimited calls to all networks (On & Off net).  But yesterday I tried calling TNB helpline 15454 & was charged 22sen per min LOL

So are calls to these service numbers not considered "calls to all networks"? Just want to confirm whether to make complaint or not

curious...  are 1-300 & 1-800 considered special numbers?

The hi-15 plan seems to have a 1Mbps speed capped on YouTube and Facebook. Can anyone confirm if this is the true case?

I do not like the 5gb daily fup on the new plan.

TT points have expiry date? Is this new or I just realise about this?

Currently I am on value pack plan. Thinking to move to jimat plan hi-15, so with this move I only have to pay RM 15 per month right? Any hidden charges or thing I have to note before change?

My buta huruf aunt have been using HiValue package for a year+, her daughter help her register without telling her much of the details until her credit ran out (she reload RM200 1-shot) and validity expire. Now the daughter is in overseas so can't help her mom and direct the problem to me to solve.

I checked TuneTalk website and there's a plan under TT Jimat which I think it's suitable for her. My question is how to I change from HiValue to Jimat?

Is tunetalk using Celcom’s network as well? If yes the experience should be identification to yoodo that I am using now?

The rm35 35gb unlimited plan seems good if I really use close to 35gb data per month and again have free calls option.

using tthv, 1 year plan expiring soon. was thinking of swapping over to jimat plan from tthv but the fup and terms is such a hassle to go through and understand lol.
recently upgraded home and workplace wifi, much more stable now so don't need to commit to big data plan. just need something for the daily commute, shopping and travel.
