weird, Dell gave me a driver CD as well. Did you get it from a shop or direct from DELL?

Thanks for the link, already tried.. (before you provide the link)

about this link, i don't understand Dell trying to provide what kind of support..

Bios - ok
Driver for Communications - this model don't even support the RJ11 port, so how to connect to 56K modem.. and also the sim card module..
Drivers for OS Deployment - driver for touch monitor? this model have touch panel?

this page is wasting time..

anyway.. if can't get from internet/forum, will call the Dell Helpline on Monday.

Depending on the country, the same model will come with different parts, hence why the page listed stuffs that is not found on your laptop. The most important ones are chipset drivers, as well as network. You can ignore others

This is the problem, Dell did not list out the most important drivers on this page.. I was directed to this page after provided my service tag. A bit fed up to Dell online support. I can understand HP online support and the list is clearly show all driver, but Dell not.

I think it's a bug with Chrome. I tested on chrome and I got the same with you. Just choose the categories, change "All" to something else, and then change back to All. You should now see everything listed

I'm currently using my Inspiron 14r special edition, i7.

I have a question, why is the color different compared to my previous laptop, i'm having difficulties when the graphic I printed out is like 30% different from what I did.

Any idea on this?

Hi guys. I'm using a Dell Inspiron N4050. I just installed Windows 8 on my laptop but the Wifi driver installer doesn't seem to run or install. I run the installer and I get to select the language. After that, it just looks like its processing and closes without installing anything. Please can anyone help?

Should be dell wireless 1702.

The filename of the installer is DW1702_W8_X01_A01_Setup-3K92G_ZPE.exe
