QUOTE(edmund_yung @ Jun 1 2016, 10:35 AM) Good thing with Dell, their after sales service is good. Try having problem with an Acer or Asus laptop. My 7559 is working okay, I did rarely get some Intel display driver crashes, but I guess that's because I've rarely shutdown the PC, only always going hyphenate. A reset will solve it most of the time. I just wanted to post here and i saw your post. My friend recently bought the dell 7559 from online, after few days using, he facing Display driver Inter HD Graphics Drivers for Windows® stopped responding and has successfully recovered. He dont have lowyat forum account, asking me for help. Anyone know how to fix this? mostly happen when open few excel files to do report.

It seems like not just me alone, someone out there with Inspiron 7559 will face random crash "screen blackout".
I contacted Dell Technical Support and they told me it was Intel HD Graphic 530 problem, they previously did the latest driver update for me, The "screen blackout" didnt happen that frequent but it still happening.
47100: Do you still face the same problem after updating? Im using driver version 20.19.15.4454, mind guys in here that have no problem share your driver ver.?
