There is a few Preview Events and Beta Weeks prior to GW launch, which i'm lucky to get into and get hooked.

Maybe solo they mean also have AI allies in party?, GW can finish without real players in party using Heroes and Henchmen.

the original gw1, can be completed with henchman only, without heroes.

very hard, but doable.

with the introduction of heroes in chapter 3, everything is just so much easier.

ai heroes + enhanced chapter 2/3 henchmen > human pubbies

i remember me and my friends play a mission where to need to kill a healer and a freaking boss, also there is also time limit, you can't blindly charge forward and try to kill them, i play healer and my friend warrior, i heal like 2 mins of battle then suddenly everything reset, all the minion respawn back, and i have to fight again. Even if we manage to get thought that stage, there is a map where three wave come from different direction, also i need to point out that NPC are useless, yes i know u can appoint them to that direction, but i don't think NPC can ever handle a wave of troop.

No human pub, i teman my friends last year, so there's no human sighted playing that time, all moved on to eyes of the north

Hmmm, what do you mean by official? if official you mean release, there is no release date yet currently.

When I 1st started play wow, it's really fresh n graphic is perfect for me during 4 years ago. But slowly lose interest after playing current gen games like assassin creed,mgs, RE5 .. these games have graphic that online games can never wanted to make.
One thing I like abt WoW is the many races n classes that can at least let u see less "clone" characters among each other..

I understand they make money from PC gamers so they dont require super engine graphic. But I still hope one day can play realistic graphic. That's y im looking forward to FFXIV and Guild Wars 2.

guys, what's the latency of playin GW from MAlaysia KL? is it bad?

If I connect to Korea server, I get ping around 300ms~400ms. Using 512kps screamyx.

korea also 300-400? to me thats crap ler.. usually our ping to their country is 200++

300-400 is like to eastern australia

I used to play quite a bit of PvE with Americans... Ping wasn't that bad and was playable mostly. Dabbled a bit in random arenas and even then, not that much issues.

if you referring to GW 2, it's not out yet.

to buy GW, you can go to offgamers and search "Guild Wars". All campaigns should cost no more than RM180.

The Art of Guild Wars 2 is for sale now, though only 2 ways to get it currently , maybe more channels to get it later.

Yo, just taking this opportunity to ask any local players who might be interested in getting Art of Guild Wars 2 book, it's been officially confirmed by Anet that the book won't come with GW2:CE when GW2 releases, currently there is only 2 ways of getting the book as seen here. I am thinking to do a bulk so to save cost of shipping, I might get it via LYN forumer who does trade service frequently in LYN forums, I can't guarantee the bulk will be realized as means to get it is not finalized, if you got any better sources or means, I can consider getting them via you too.

So, just a rough figure on how many is interested at this stage, raise your hands.
