well GW do have expansions so i think GW2 would be running the same model as this...
i'll never touch f2p games anymore cause my experience with all of them are pay2win...

guild wars is fun with fwens.

nowadays, with pubbies in random arenas, the experience is horrible.

people will just report you as a leecher for the lulz or whatever.

same team team mate will hurl insults at you if you use an old build etc. :

failed public players community.

Guild Wars is CORPG, Guild Wars 2 might be CORPG or MMORPG (someone correct me on here please). Guild Wars have cash shop, to buy extra slots for character, unlock the skill and pets for PvP character and other things(click here for the list of things you can buy). You can play it by either buying the CD or the access key online. I bought my Guild Wars from in both form, CD(from e-club malaysia) and access key(offgamers).

I m saving my $$$$ to buy this GAME. I have played this GW1 since it launched, till now, i m still playing GW but pvp. The introduce of Zaizhen Mission, Quest and Combat make a boost to my mood in playing. I love it.

the game is you buy it once then you can play it forever.

the previous titles are all around US30...

say...we just need to buy expansion pack if there's update???

there's updates/ patches etc wit new contents...
those are downloadable for free...

when the expansions are out, only u need to buy the expansion (if u wanna play the contents in the expansion)

GW2 is a seperate game from GW1, but if u are a GW1 player, u have several benefits going into GW2...

Hmm i recall the first gw launch, the pre-order people get to play first hand before giving free trial to everyone for a period of time but anyways i was hoping the previous GW owner get to play beta first hand. hehehehe......

They also announce that we can solo all the way unlike the first GW, there is no way in hell i could complete the level without full party.
