Hey guys, I didn't really take full notice of P60s type lights until jwyj mentioned it to me. I only thought that (from reading) known branded lights deal well with their efficiency and efficacy better than "drop-ins".

With all the P60 type hosts (surefire, ultrafire, wolf-eyes, malkoff) and P60 size LED drop-ins (specifically LED) that you guys have used, owned a long time. How's the performances of these lights? I've read some stuff in CPF but I wanna hear from you guys. How's the thermal management? What's your most prefered P60 host and LED? Will you consider this a good investment like you've owned a Jetbeam, Fenix or EagleTac? Are these lights are just as good if you would leave it on for hours at night?
*
Don't forget Lumens Factory Seraph series brows.gif
I can only speak from LF experience and thermal management is alright. The HO9L dropin runs warm, but that is expected from an incan. Running an LED dropin is cooler. With that said, I haven't use them for hours straight yet.
Performance is mostly based on the dropin, its circuitry and reflector design.
I am sure more guys can chime in on this matter smile.gif

Yeah, I've got a feel on the LF from susuman's. Smooth threads, grip is depended on the two external rubber rings, has a very nice xenon beam. But did not manage to look at the LED drop-in and he brought it though.. ah

Wow, I really like the design of this light, it looks ELEGANT and it also got the warm tint.  rclxm9.gif
It mentioned in the picture of using the NiMH (nickel-metal hydride cell) thus using the AA battery?
Wonder what is the price for that?

i haven't got any price and details spec in english from the manufacturer as i haven't enquire this sku before [sorry, i can't read Chinese doh.gif ]....their price is fixed but i'm getting at the dealer price. no minimum quantity required but if more people buying it so the Fedex shipping cost can be shared out [ very expensive as it goes by the weight ]

XENO ! the upcoming lights in CPF arena soon....

speaking of Xeno lights.....finally just found a Xeno thread in CPF...http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=247169

'kwai lo' are slower than us here rclxs0.gif [ no insulting intention here ]

most likely i'm gonna get some other light from them soon [ before the CPFer invade them and resulting in the higher selling price later tongue.gif ]

they carried quite a number of lights but i'm only keen to explore only few with you guys here;

so the list of lights available for order are as following;

1. Xeno G95 [ 1 x 18650 unprotected only / 1 RCR123 + 1 RCR123 dummy ]
2. Xeno G105 [ 1x 18650 protected ]
3. Xeno Cube [ 1 x AA ]
4. Xeno G5 [ the surefire C2 clone ] [ 1x 18650 ]

pricing to be listed soonest i get it from them....

as for the price i'll try to negotiate with the manufacturer to the lowest possible. don't worry, i can assure we are getting the best ever price than any other counter part in this world... brows.gif

please bear in mind that this manufacturer only insist using Fedex/DHL shipping which will be very costly but it guaranteed safe and very fast arrival [ order today get it next day brows.gif ] ....so if there's more participant in this order [ regardless of any model listed above ] then we can share out the shipping costing equally....

note : no minimum order required biggrin.gif

Hey guys,

I have 10pcs of CR123 primaries to get rid off - too many laying around unused. I mainly use rechargeables now for all my lights except my A2 and L1. Brand is Battery Station (x7) and Goldston (x3). The Battery Station ones have the marking '0306' on the -ve end - I take that to mean it was manufactured Mar '06 - so it is till within it's shelf life of 10 yrs (approx). No idea on the Goldstons though - but I got them sometime last year.

Price? USD10 cash PP.
Shipping is extra via PosLaju to anywhere in Msia which should be within RM10. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks.

He will bring it, thanks pseudoblue.

Hey, Strinq will pass z-b-i's surefires to oldnewspaper, if time/chance permit, hehe why don't you get them, and can later pass to me when I collect the jwyj's flashlight from you? If OldNewspaper wanted to have a test of them , then it is ok, I can get them from O-Newspaper (haha, too long to type the full nick of Old Newspaper, haha), he is within same district as I am.

Thanks again ya.

Oops, oh, then die lor, sorry sorry. If you have reserved then no choice lor. cry.gif I had asking pseudoblue help to help me get the E2E from jwyj, it is a Xenon wor! If not E2E, which one you are getting??

Oh, so if strinq pass you the surefire, can pass to pseudoblue if you don't intended to "review" the xenon, or else I could get from you also lar. Oh, if strinq need to keep for a while, then nevermind lor. All of them are Xenon anyway, haha turn all of them on and have my room temperature rise 5 degree drool.gif

ps: I wished I could join, but the work and family commitment really opt me out (arh, my son now won't sleep if I am not around, he will call me if I go out at night sad.gif , the last gathering he got fever after I went out, coincident ? )
