hello...i have a problem,i have a paypal set up by my friend (he transfer funds to my paypal because i dont have debit card or credit card) and the paypal is verified (in october 2009),but somhow today i cant pay my ebay item.It says "To complete this payment, add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account or Update your Credit Card or Debit Card".It is weird and this has made me planning to apply maybank debit card.What should i do? i hope someone can suggest me the solution please...thanx

To add funds to your PayPal account, you either need a valid CREDIT CARD or a Debit MASTERCARD...
For me, I use EON Bank Debit Mastercard (linked to paypal of course) to pay for eBay items... |

I had a problem from PayPal Link and confirm your debit or credit card
They said We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card. Please help me regarding to above matters |

i tried ur step already but i got stuck in step 3 it show me this msg QUOTE Your credit card has not been added because we could not verify the 3-digit verification number for your card. This number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your credit card number. Please check the number you entered and try adding this card again. Please refer to the automatic email we have sent to assist you. This may be because your bank does not support this action .the three digit is at the back rite...next to the signature i hav check my billing address it is the same as i use in maybank |

okay guys i need help.. this paypal thing is soo frustrating.. ive upgraded my account from personal to premiere, my debit card is verified. i tried to purchase something about 85usd.. my acount still got rm400 plus.. i cant bu!
y? this message always pops out: You have exceeded your per transaction limit. To lift this limit, click View Limits on you Account Overview page. and i don find any link "View Limits" on my account overview page... how? |

You just need to give your Visa/Mastercard info only to paypal which one of the most trusted online payment processor. Added on January 18, 2010, 11:37 ammy paypal account just verified yesterday ...but here's another problem, i can't add fund to paypal. it says:Add Funds is Not Available PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account. Hi, I had verified my paypal account with maybank visa debit card recently. I tried to send 69usd to my friend but paypal keep giving me the message 'Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance.'.
I had tried raising the purchase and withdraw limit from the atm and my account balance still has rm300+. Can anyone please help me on this problem? Thx. |
