Hi, I had verified my paypal account with maybank visa debit card recently. I tried to send 69usd to my friend but paypal keep giving me the message 'Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance.'.

I had tried raising the purchase and withdraw limit from the atm and my account balance still has rm300+.

Can anyone please help me on this problem? Thx.
