To add funds to your PayPal account, you either need a valid CREDIT CARD or a Debit MASTERCARD...
For me, I use EON Bank Debit Mastercard (linked to paypal of course) to pay for eBay items... |

QUOTE(nordingh @ Jan 7 2012, 12:40 PM) I can confirm there is no need for MSOS registration. Just jump to step 3 and all done in 24 hours. Thanks for testing it out I just did mine. My 3rd time verify the card after Hong Leong cancel 2 of my debit card. The credit card or debit card no need to be own card to be use with paypal. I always use my wife card. |

QUOTE(Nation of Sensation @ Jan 12 2012, 12:47 PM) OK guys. 3 Working days..Have to also consider the time difference there which sometimes can drag into 4-5 days. If after 5 working days you don't receive the funds, contact Maybank first then only contact Paypal.I had withdrawn my fund from Paypal to my Maybank account on Jan 8 and it had already came out as 'Completed'. Now has been the forth day but I am yet to see any funds in my account. I've read around and they said it would normally take 3 days for the funds to arrive. Is it normal for it to take 4, 5 or even more days for the funds to come in? |

QUOTE(dealer.merchant @ Jan 13 2012, 02:23 AM) Hey guys, If you have a debit/credit card on file with PayPal the amount will be charged directly to your Maybank account. Check your M2U transaction history...I've deposited my PayPal account via Maybank. Then I bought something from online and it was a successful transaction. But it didn't credit my money in PayPal. So I decided to withdraw the money back in my Maybank. It was successful. Later then, the item reached me at my house address. Have I committed a illegal transaction? |

Maybank updates their online system very slow. You can get the code immediately if you called Customer Service...some CS don't know what is PayPal Code so you'll have to explain to them.
Standard Chartered on the other hand updates their online system instantly so the moment PayPal charge your account, you can login to Stand Chart and get the paypal code immediately. |

QUOTE(IcedNyior @ Jul 29 2013, 02:28 AM) The short answer is no. Actually can send but the process would require the seller to send a "PayPal Invoice" to the buyer via the Request Money feature did you try emailing paypal? its weird that they gave the auth code for paypal and you've got your rebate but you don't have a card. Also there's an option to link your bank account instead of card to paypal now if im not mistaken. Maybe that can help? Who is your international seller? Is it a personal account? I know you cant send money to personal accounts now. |
