If you still have the form you used to buy bank draft, then you can use that, less leceh than getting the envelope back from MIH in case fail. Good luck anyway.

Yes the Bank Draft Form and the Bank draft duplicate copy pun ada. The bank can accept that? Interesting....

Thanks to POS Malaysia, though they said 99.99% of mails delivered to the targeted party, but just don't know why a lot of mails containing cheque etc never reach... maybe got ghost... bank have to do that, that's their customer anyway

It is quite normal and acceptable in the bolehland . I believe the KPI would allow certain margin of errors.

Nothing to be alarming. just your Risk Tolerance is very low.

Maybe can request or opt for Portability such as " registered mails "

Did I just read a few of you here apply both using online AND blue forms? Did you know that is an offence if it is the same individual applying? Perhaps that explains why u didn't get it?

It is already stated in T&C that an individual can apply for both the Blue Form & White Form.

Blue form and online (white form) can apply simultaneous................

Normally they would return by batches, and the other thing they may keep a small portion in case someone is disqualified ( such as multiple apps ).

Usually these are the lucky or unlucky ones.
