What makes Maxis go for another listing? Maxis has been in Malaysia more than 10 years and last 3 years , they delisted from bursa. I dont see Maxis has no money .. even one time rumors saying ananda want to bid newcastle for 100 million pound ..

So i really cant figure out ,. why maxis want to list again? Remember , there are few takevover from maxis at oversea indonesia, india and today latest news want to buy australia internet tv ..

now maxis listed, those money must be declared if want to invest in oversea and every move by Maxis will need to open declared and no more back door.

i hope maxis is not making a wrong decision listing ... there is no much push out as people has high hope on this share to touch rm6 easily ..

T+3 tomorrow ... will b lower 2moro ...

Logically think tomorrow T+3 should heavy selling pressure because most of the time the price is hovering at 5.40, and the opening price is high. the contra player unable release the share

Erm, maxis do no need to declare how the raised money will be invested. Reason is because this is not the FIRST IPO. Maxis Berhad will not be the one cashing in the raised money. The raised money will basically flowed to the SELLING SHAREHOLDER of maxis before it was relisted.

Maxis has stated it very clearly, that Maxis presently does not require additional funding for its business and thus, it will not issue any new shares under the IPO, hence meaning MAXIS BERHAD WILL NOT received any proceeds from IPO.

The proceeds from IPO will be utilised by the selling shareholder (BInariang) for other purposes such as investing in other operations and debt repayment.

Will Maxis be another Msports?

You can sell it as long as its show in your trading acct.. no worry mates..


This share is not a high capital gain share..its more to dividen share as i read the news.. There is high transaction done @ 5.40 during IPO.. hence i believe the price will be rebound...

contra player will help the price as well.. haha.. buy buy price up up up..

I aim at 5.20. But since US green, I don't go that low. Anyway, I go for long. Buy and sleep.

it 'may' hit 5.20 ... t3 ppl will start selling faster as the day progrsses ... not very well supported ...

It touched historical low now, 5.27

this counter is meant for longterm keep.
