After attending TM Customer Engagement convened by Telekom Malaysia last Friday on July 31, 2009 in Bangsar, I understand that there is no installation charge of RM88.00 for existing customers who upgrade their Streamyx package.
Unfortunately, I was being charged RM88.00 for my upgrading of Streamyx Combo from 1.0 mbps to 4.0 mbps in XXX. This is unreasonable and I am requesting for a rebate of RM88.00 in my next month bill. Below are my account information:

it seems that emailing the higher management straight away is more effective than going through those CS monkeys
