The RM88 shouldn't be charge for those RM88 upgrade to RM160? If so I need to request rebate as well since I check my online bill stated I am being charge as well.

QUOTE(shitmyx @ Aug 5 2009, 03:05 PM) Email sent on today 12.30pm: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Dear XXX,
After attending TM Customer Engagement convened by Telekom Malaysia last Friday on July 31, 2009 in Bangsar, I understand that there is no installation charge of RM88.00 for existing customers who upgrade their Streamyx package.
Unfortunately, I was being charged RM88.00 for my upgrading of Streamyx Combo from 1.0 mbps to 4.0 mbps in XXX. This is unreasonable and I am requesting for a rebate of RM88.00 in my next month bill. Below are my account information:
Account number: XXX Streamyx log-in: XXX Streamyx telephone number: XXX Old streamyx packge: Streamyx combo 1.0 mbps New streamyx package: Streamyx combo 4.0 mbps Month of upgrade: XXX
Please do not hesitate to contact me shall you need further information. Hope to get feedback and action from you as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thanks for your email and thank you again for taking the time to attend to our TM Customer Engagement session. I hope you and the others have benefitted from the session as it has been for TM.
We will make sure this is reflected in your next month bill. Hope this will resolve any issues you may have.
Thanks again and best of regards.
it seems that emailing the higher management straight away is more effective than going through those CS monkeys Well I am same as you upgrading from 1MB to 4MB I just received emailed, they said the RM88 is valid. Took them 5 days to reply to my email regarding this. This post has been edited by BugFace: Aug 11 2009, 01:02 AM
