Post counts?
ROFLMAO.
Even if you have 20K of post counts, but too small in contribution to the community, you won't get the ST tag.

There is one guy with his post count below 5XX, but he still gets an ST Tag.
Again, it's about your contribution.

It's not about contirbution in the forms of funds, it's about your contirbution of ideas [Useful, not crap]. smile.gif

vikingw2k @ fruitie, correct me if i'm wrong.

And another thing to note, you won't get the ST Tag while having a duplicate account. *Hint *Hint rolleyes.gif
*
Yes, you are right.

About duplicate account, yes most unlikely to get the tag but there is exceptional case too. As attached on the first post:

QUOTE
If you have a duplicate account, you won't get the tag. Yes we have a fairly accurate system of determining who has duplicate accounts. If we are in doubt, we will seek clarification from you. If your explanation is unsatisfactory, we will not give you the tag.

If you have read the requirements on the first post, you would not ask this question. So, please read and understand them all first. smile.gif

Hi can I apply for the tag? Please refer to my trade list on the siggy. Trading wise, I have always sold good things at fair price. For pricey out of warranty items, I have always offered at least 3 days (up to 7 days sometimes) full money back guarantee; but of course no one ever came back for the refund, coz I always sell items which i know is working perfectly.

My 1st sale was to cyclone87, THE ONLY POSLAJU deal I did to Penang. Settled the transaction smoothly and even drove up to Selayang (from kajang) as he requested for some parts from the cpu to be delivered to his friend. Although everything went smoothly, after reading all the con cases i decided not to sell via postage deal to be on the safe side. (item lost in courier/broken/etc...)

Recently i even turned down a request by baby_jap_wawa to courier my bulbs to him, worrying that the bulbs might be damaged in courier and it wont be fair for both of us to bear the consequences for a rm15 deal.

I am active mostly in fast & furious. Sometimes i'll be in kopitiam and garage sales (on a mission of trying to detect potential con case and warn others).

References... hmm.. I'm not sure, maybe some guys in the Automotive Garage would remember me, howiechoo, the_catacombs, zendengoh, imperialrealcs. Long time ago I did deal with elaineliew88 twice. Dealt with Clareen once, but she sent over her friend instead, so she wont remember me.

Hope the long grandfather story above will help secure my application. Thank u! icon_rolleyes.gif

well i'm not that close to any 'respected' member of LYN community or traders, but i'm sure some of the sellers/buyers i mentioned remembers me. I'm not going to call on them to support me for the tag. I'll leave the decision entirely up to the mods. My successful tradelist is, as the name suggest, a successful one; no complaints/no faulty items/no returned items/no refunds. icon_rolleyes.gif

hello moderators,

i would like to apply for the safe trader tag,

the products that i sell are performance enhancing parts for cars notably lightened crank pulley and 3Max struts bar.
all products are given warranty, and if there are any manufacturer's defects, customers will be invited to discuss the problems and have a hand in designing a new enhanced version.

so far, no complains were made and no refunds. my specialty will be aftersales services, in which i will call or PM each customer a day after transaction to check on their feedbacks

i usually hang out at the cupid corners, kopitiam and fast and furious. contribute more on the fast and furious.
my way of doing business is selling things that are useful and looking for solutions of problems instead of arguing. if its wrong, i will correct it until the customer is satisfied.

my reference will be ELite Member NetCow who bought his lightened crank pulley from me, the pulley was installed and taken to a test drive before money is paid.

another one will be, BlackPc. he is one of my customer for the Lightened Crank pulley. Initially he bought a 3Max bar which is faulty from a shop in Bangi, i went there to check on the bar and report to the manufacturer because i am answerable to the 3max Boss only. Mind you, i am not invloved in that transaction. i went there all the way from sunway to bangi this morning.

E-Lite, is one of my customers who were looking for 19mm anti roll bar, i refused to sell him the bar because his car chassis is not strong enough to with stand it.

i am known to discourage ppl from buying products even its from my own manufacturer that are deemed useless and for cosmetics purpose. which is why i'm still poor. cry.gif

Below is my successful tradelist, customer base are small, thats why it is easy refer for feedbacks and to track when people create rumours about my products and services.

My succesful Tradelist

thats all i can give, other details will be the reference from my customers and its up to the moderator

Thank you

Ok im here to give comment on miragers, got to know him through the purchasing of his crank pulley which i think is a very good product i experience no problem at all and i did it at his workshop located in old klang road. He kept calling me to ensure that i have the directions to his workshop and to make sure im not lost and etc. After sales service is good too he called me back few days later to ask about the crank pulley.we keep in touch most of the time for TT. I high recommend that he is given the safe traders tag.

I'm here to apply for Safe Trader tag. Please look into my Trade List and every transactions recorded results in positive outcome.

I've a minor unethical trade back in 2006 with Torniquet. It was purely my fault, but case solved in a proper manner. That was the first and last time having doing so.

I hope Admin would consider about my application. Thanks.

I would like to give a recommendation to miragers.

Let me intro myself first, I am a student and have done several online trades with all sorts of people. Like in reality, I saw good and bad traders in this online world. I do not know him before and he is not a friend of mine before. I am solely making this independent statement based on my opinion about him.

To date, I bought a Anti Roll Bar and Fender Bar, both automotive parts. I as a student currently pursuing Aeronautical Engineering and he was previously doing engineering also until he changed his major. I knew him through this forum and his sales of this automotive parts. Then, I was interested to get some of his items and we discussed about the pros and cons about each item. We as engineering background basis, believe in facts and technical datas.

I have to say, which trader is actually out here not to make a profit. If they do not want profit, they would be doing charity work and do not wish to be a "Safe Trader". But miragers have proved to be a reliable and honest trader in my eyes in many situations.

First, when I wanted to buy my ARB, there were many design specification and design purposes. As a trader of that brand himself, he has experienced the defects of each and every model and specification from other customers. Although another design that costs more is available, and might make him earn more from the sales, he pushed me away from it. He insisted there was a defect in it and there is no way he would sell a defect product to his customer, although that product is available widely in the market.

Then for my Fender Bar. We had finalized a price in our previous conversations. By due to my financial constrains, I only got back to him after around 6 months. When I asked him how much was it for that product, I was shocked to hear that the price had nearly doubled. Then I brought up about our agreed price before. He quickly apologized and sold it to me at that promised price without any excuses or questions asked.

As the end, I would recommend miragers to be given the tile of "Safe Trader" because I believe that he would live up to that name. And not to worry, I as a loyal customer of his, would be first to lodge a complain if there is any misconduct of trading activities in him. So I hope the moderators here will take my statement into account and award him with the "Safe Trader" to enable to gain more trust of other potential customers that would yet to like him.

am i eligible enough to earn the tag? here is my succesful tradelist

for the contribution to the community, i gave mine on the manchester united street talks. u may pm alien2003 for that. and also im quite active in providing help in education essentials. mostly for the UM freshies because im their current senior. for the trading list, i had only one minor problem with imperialrealcs. i forgot to wrote on the thread that the item is used and then i gave him the option to choose wether to refund or not and he opt for half refund. therefore i refunded him half asap.
i traded quite alot with xcoolpc. and for the sleeving service, i pay him early before he settled the sleeving. also u may pm lehteck for the item i bought from him. and for postage service u may pm bearicko for the efficient service i provided. u may also pm lordofwards for time management of mine. eventhough he was 1 hour+ late but i am still there waiting for him because he gave me his promise. and another thing before i forget, u may pm SeaMonster also. i bought the gecube graphic card from him using installment but then i settled paying him 2 weeks earlier without any problem. and u may also pm the other forumers in my trading list for further informations with our trades that i havent mention above. thanks for reading my application btw smile.gif

do let me know if im still quite short in the requirements for the tag

Frankly speaking... You are absolutely don't have the chance to own the safe trader tag by your current status!

Try to read on the first post before you applying this tag at here! doh.gif
