just received notice for utilities deposit payment.
and first time being charged deposit for common area metering?!
is it the norm. anybody against paying this?
in the event of selling off property, can we get this back and from whom?
anybody submitted theirs?

yeah, this berjaya really squeeze $$ from their purchasers. taking the $$ upfront. other developments, developer bear the cost of submetering for common areas. and also collect these payments when absolutely near VP and in some cases after VP. they pay on behalf and collect back from purchasers later.
they have only billed me up to structure and now claiming for utilities deposit. pening.

bland confirmed quarterly lost.
in fact, they would have very much more if not for strong profits from bjtoto in which bland owns quite substantial shares.

2. free welcome mat

4. free maintenance fees for 1 year
5. free shower screen door

9. free vouchers on berjaya hotels 3d/2n including flight tickets to either redang/tioman/langkawi

and that's why i said it's hard to beat trinity for that VP experience.
in fact, i am quite sure that VP experience for this would be worse off compared to the zest. hopefully i'm wrong too.

think savanna 2 serves a good reference point for covillea to benchmark against. close proximity with similiar genes.
am not too sure whether 470psf would give 25% profit to original purchasers as block a was sold at a much higher price. anybody care to comment on here?
since you seems pretty knowledgable on this part of town, care to share the facilities condition of vista komanwel and savanna? has it already been thrashed kaw kw by the students?

just did a quick search in iprop and there's already 4 pg of listing??!!
and benchmark seems nested at rm500psf now.
