just cut and paste some layout over to the site layout.
IMHO, block A definitely have the most commanding view.
and for larger units, think that high floors for unit 7, block A will be nice. facing pool and golf view from master bedroom and living hall.
unit 2, block A will not have pool view. unless you peep from the master bathroom?
unit 1 block B bedroom 2 will have partial view of pool but without golf.

so all in all i think the best view (pool + golf) belongs to unit 7 of Block A.
would that constitute additional 20% rental price? possible if the smart agent prepare a bunch of bikini clad gals in the pool prior to bringing a hamsup guy to view the units. thumbup.gif

it worries me that they have yet to start external plastering still even though structure is nearly completed.
if the external has yet to be water tight, how to expect them to start doing the flooring (especially timber laminated flooring).
dunno whether before cny possible or not now. ding!

latest update taken on 25/06/2011.
think it's around lvl 22 on block b and lvl 23 on block a.
or something like that.
seems to be a little slower liao and still no signs of commencement for the facade yet.
sigh!

a lot of talk but no action and not genuine.
so decided not to waste my time.
for those who doubt that i REALLY intend to sell at rm500psf, too bad. maybe some thought that i wasn't serious.
so let it be. i won't mind to sell 5% below market price upon VP then.
wait for agent to call me when nearing completion now.

he quoted it to be the bigger layout type somemore (so it should be better units with better views, right?).
maybe some berjaya staff letting go through agent?
for those eager to buy in covillea as quoted, maybe it's best to grab this offer liao lor then.

did a quick check and my break even cost should be in the region of rm2.2k per month (all in including mortgage+maintenance+insurance+quit rent+misc).
is covillea able to fetch rm3k?

yours is top floor and block A wor.
if the bigger unit type, lagi geng!

my mortgage if i recall was rm1.6k then. after the blr revision, i didn't calculate. should be around rm1.7k. the other 500 i factored as maintenance, insurance, quit rent, assessment, etc.
furnishing if for student would be minimal. rm10k can tapau the whole unit.
if going for family/expat, need to dump in at least rm25k furnishing i reckon.

for students, you don't need to provide much.
flourescent lighting, ceiling fans.
dining table and some at their request, study table.
the kitchen, can be fully done up at <rm5k.
what did i miss?
