no worries.
covillea have limited supply only.
deduct % for own stay.
deduct owners targetting student rental.
deduct owner flipping.
balance would be your competitor.
think would most probably looking at less than 100 units?

1. faster for own stay
2. faster for rental
3. faster for disposal

first time come across buyer wishing late handover??

LAD is subjected to payout of 10% max of your purchase price.
and if not mistaken it's calculated at daily based on 10% per annum.
so say purchase price is rm500k.
10% of rm500k = rm50k.
rm50k/365=xx
xx is what you're gonna get per day subject to < 10% of purchase price.
is this correct, ah?

to get half year compenstion means VP earliest at May 2013!!!

couldn't resist to have a quick and short drop by to check on the progress.
was quite dissapointed that progress is still very very slow.
was half expecting structure to be fully completed by now and external to be halfway done. but alas, spotted that they are still casting slab/beams to the top floor. not to mention, lift motor room, roof beams, etc.
external wise, spotted that they have started plastering works to block a for lower floors. nothing yet on block b. seems like my bet with super is still 50/50.
sigh!
