whatever said & done, covillea will hit rm600 psf upon vp. maybe 3-4 months gap plus & minus subject also to overall global environment.

Please help me get following info.
1.When is the expected time of completion for Covillea?
2. Is there anyone who wants to sell? Please PM me the asking price and other details.
3. Is the road in front of Covillea directly going to connect to the shop lots near new MRT/LRT Station? Sorry I don't exactly know the area name. That road is the one KM1 is located on.

How sure we can benefits with new player? This also could means that more supplies and no more nitch property in BJ.

by the time they start selling, it should be above RM600 psf. hence, to flip is at least rm720.

so covillea at rm600 psf today is afforfdable.

60 psf is cheap. imagine 3 acres land to develop a condo, about 130K sf. Land cost around 7.8M only. 15 units condo around 500k each can already recover land cost.

normally infrastructure cost is 60% of of selling price. the other 40% is the profit for the developer.
