i took mbb bcos of dibs.
i also approach ocbc then and decided for mbb ultimately bcos the mbb agent was kinda persistent and did her follow up diligently.
pening now if really no dibs.
but i do not recall got such conditions.
and btw, i opt for the 2years lock-in upon VP rather than 5 yrs from 1st drawdown.

was passing through to southern klang valley for a meeting and could not resist for a sneak peek.
does anybody knows whether the last two units in block b would be obstructed by vista komanwel or not for the golf view ah?

assuming average original price of rm450k.
so 5% of rm450k = rm1875.
give or take add another rm350 for maintenance/insurance/sinking/assessment/quit rent/iwk/etc. so it's about 2225/mth.
think the rates currently are way above 2225.
am i right?
bad at calculation or ROI of props.
