if savanna and covillea almost similiar pricing now, why would you want a higher density and older development?

i counted from the pic that they are working on the 13th floor of residence unit in block b. i forgot, which floor does the unit starts. at level 7th?
so 7+13=20. left 4 more floors only. i think another 1.5 months to go for completion of full structural works?
looks like vp by end of the year is indeed possible.

with the correction, it's only 6 more floors to go until top floor. 6 floors should not take more than 2 months. they still have one full year to complete archi + infra works. some contractors can even do it within 6 months!
and absolutely sure it can be done.
just hoping they are not rushing and sacrificing quality for speed's sake.

imho, your block a (unless low floor lah) should command premium lah. rm600k a little bit on the low side liao lah. u should ask higher.
rm600k is for my unit lah. hehehe...

maybe covillea thread should have a comparison table against KM1 development to know where we stand, eg.
1. density, units versus units, which is lower?
2. surrounding and views, which is better?
3. facilities comparison
4. lrt comparison
5. maintenance cost comparison
6. layout comparison
7. etc.


i might be biased but i think covillea is pretty sweet indeed.

hard to imagine, covillea rm500psf = RM650k.
