Condo is a generic name. Since its sitting on commercial land, you can call it serviced apartment.

Btw, does anyone know how high is the ceiling for Citra? Looks high from some wip pix I saw. Does it come with plaster ceiling?

From these pix, ceiling looks very high. And it looked like it's been plastered already.

It should b a 28x70. Else we would see an internal courtyard if its a 28x120.

Their soon to be launched Semi-D has huge land size with smaller built-up compared to Anggun. But design wise, Anggun takes the lead. Frankly, the new Semi-D is looking too I&P (generic & conventional).

Design can be very subjective. Tinta has I&P written all over it. Almost mistaken it as Citra wink.gif.

Railing is an easy fix. Some projects elsewhere need buyers to redo quite a lot upon VP.

Quality of the finishing & worksmanship really differentiates good developers from the rest.
