Condo is a generic name. Since its sitting on commercial land, you can call it serviced apartment.

Btw, does anyone know how high is the ceiling for Citra? Looks high from some wip pix I saw. Does it come with plaster ceiling?

Their soon to be launched Semi-D has huge land size with smaller built-up compared to Anggun. But design wise, Anggun takes the lead. Frankly, the new Semi-D is looking too I&P (generic & conventional).
