If its only substation I dont mind, but it's HTC plus something that looks like an electric plant!!
Yet still sold out in a day during launch.

But those back facing Glenmarie golf club ones r prime lots drool.gif drool.gif

Does anyone know the occupancy rate in 0-Lot? Looks vacant. Kinda eerie. Temasya Suria was once like tht too, I remember. Now I see more people moving in. Cant say the same for 0-Lot tho.
