Last offering of superlink houses in Temasya... A lot will kill for one of this. But if u r looking for smaller & cheaper alternative, Laman Glenmarie from 24x80 final phase coming very soon.

They just might use this as reference for their pricing in d near future. But the new phase will b smaller... 28x110 and was told indicative price from RM1.9m.

6? Serious? I feel the opening of the gate is slightly wider than the standard width, just the porch is wider. I saw a contractor's Saga parked at one of the units. Looks comfortable having just another car beside it actually. 4 cars w gate open, definitely yes. 6 can b quite a challenge really.

From RM1.9m onwards is more likely. No way a superlink with tht size in Temasya would b launched under RM1.4m price tag next year. Bear in mind, t's the last badge of superlinks here.

How's the Semi D doing? Very quiet. Last I saw sales moving very slow. Same goes for the condo...

Superlinks on d other hand will b a complete different story. Wonder when next year will they launch.
