Haha true I dun believe developer at all... Wat I mean is to get info from them and then clarified wit authority.

btw, yesterday nite there was terrible jam around 830pm.
tree fell (before the traffic light turn into MCD direction, due to heavy rain i believe) and blocked the road that accessing max value direction. Causing massive jam from main road accessing. I was there stuck in standstill traffic for an hour. Luckily got some motorists(salute them ) helped to clear the branches of tree and make a way to let car passed through. Reached home about 9pm eventually.
Surprise that no traffic police and MBPJ come to clear the mess.
Seriously, we need alternative access like bdr sri damsra. Else, if anything happens like ytd incident on either way(in or out) then we still stuck there forever if no one help us..

Seriously one access is a big problem..If one tree fells inside the narrow road..we would not able to come out or in...

Extension for backyard is not permitted by MBPJ because "too near" the NKVE highway according to them
but if your house backyard is facing the new prima condo then I think shouldn't be any problem.

Like I said, the access road will give DD a new breath of life. Whether it's genuine or not, we can only wait and see.

I do not know about this DSR 8 project, or its location..but WannaGetBuffed has a point, I think most of us bought this place thinking we will be linked to Sri Damansara the very least...I remain cautious but I'm still hopeful.

Either a link to sri damansara or kota damansara would be ideal..

Sri Damansara seem plausible but to link to Kota Damansara, you need to dig a tunnel below the highway haha

Pls don put any hope on the link to others nearby taman. It make u feel upset every yrs. Sri damansara community will not allow to do so n damansara perdana will do the same as well.
