Agreed. Now the traffic will start to build up after 6.30 am. I wonder when the afordable homes and your Almira are completed, the residents will have to leave for work at 5am everyday.

Sure boh ?? Got so many good news promised by OSK ?? Nowadays the jan will start to build up at the Armanee Terrace junction at 6.30am. Earlier on it only started in front of the Max Value traffic light.

Looking at the track record of OSK, I choose not to believe them first.

Someone came and collected my sister's signature yesterday in protesting the development of apartment near the junction. My sis said it's a chinese guy. I really want to thank the "unknown" hero for taking the efforts in trying to do something for the benefits of all residents. I believe that the residents of Indah & Saujana Apartments r doing the same thing too (I saw their banners). Although more than likely the project is still going to continue (u should know our government by now), but at least we voiced out our frustration and disappointment. The jam is going to be worse once One Damansara is fully occupied and Bayu Damansara is up coming for their semi Ds and 2-3 storey link.

Residents from the Apartment Indah & Saujana were protesting on Sunday morning. I didn't receive the notice and I just drove by. Hopefully it will impose some pressure on the local authority although the likelihood of getting it "abandoned" is very slim .....

There was a notice sent out by the administrator claiming that he is not moving into Sutera and that's why he should no longer be the one who manages the zetaboard. Nobody offered to takeover (including me ) so sudah tutup loh.

Sudah moved in b4 CNY this year loh. Overall the environment is nice (quiet and peaceful), apart from the landscaping and road access. Getting used to wake up at 5.30 am and leave my house b4 6.40am. Then the traffic is still bearable.

Lanscaping nice meh ??? Look at the surface of the road all not even lah (korek here korek there), the barrier gate kena langgar and now sengat kena guna stick to support, the guardhouse looks cheapo loh, lama tak pergi Sutera Spring and I don't know whether still got water or not.

Leave at 6.40am and it will take about 10 mins to reach Damai junction. Not too bad. But if you plan to go to LDP thru Sri Damansara, just forget about it. The bottleneck is there. So instead of LDP, I now use NKVE. Will reach my Shah Alam office at section 15 around 7.20am. OK for me.

The traffic is a bit crazy one. Sometimes the q will start from armanee terrace junction and it will take you about 25 mins to reach the damai junction. Coming back no issue for me coz by the time when I reach damai junction, it will be about 9pm.

Don't know about the status of the new condo but for sure the apartment in Sutera Damansara itself is in good progress Opposite Ria III. Upon completion, I think the traffic will be worst !!

Ria I & II got proper guardhouse. Ria III macam pondok. They painted Ria I & II guardhouse in purple and brown (what a color sense) and they pasted sticker on the window to avoid sunshine. Memang tak pro loh.

Traffic is getting worse for the past 2 weeks to exit from Damai junction early in the morning. Anybody knows the reason apart from the narrow access road and more and more projects are coming up ??? I have to leave at 6.15am so that I can avoid the jam. If I were to leave half an hour later, it will take me more than 45 mins to reach the junction (5 mins without jam). Feel like vomitting very morning.

You should come and experience it yourself. As long as you are not going to leave after 6.30pm, you should be able to reach the junction the most within 20 mins averagely.

My contractor advised me earlier that water will sip in slowly. So I have converted my carporch into concrete slab and touch wood, so far so good.

About RM15k if I'm not mistaken and that was 2.5 years back (with extnsion to cover up the area entering into the main wooden door). My own contractor but he is very active in Sutera still. YS Renovation lah.

Yes. Confirmed. Luckily it happened before I moved in. It started leaking when the painter was painting the ceiling. At last I asked my contractor to hack the bathroom and changed the piping (after the upstair bathroom was properly retiled. Sakit yoh). Few hundred bucks will do.

I was told that the leakage was due to the positioning of the piping or the joints. Not so much on the quality of the piping. Upon defect rectification by OSK, the problem came back again until I had to pay on my own to get it rectified.
