hi,

i m looking for PT. My goal is to learn how to use barbell with correct form (mostly deadlift and squat). I estimate this would take months.

I have gym membership with MV CF.

do you know what underneath your skin?

Its 1)fats, 2)muscle, 3)bones

so if you dont want to build muscle but just "tone". i guess you just want fats and bones under your skin.

muscle is the one that makes you tone lady.
