Dude, your BMR is low, you should be around 2000 - 2200. 1st reason you are tall 2nd you are doing resistant training.. You need more muscle to increase the BMR so you can burn more calories
*
Is there any other way other than building more muscle,am currently cutting really hard and i don't really want to bulk up now!

I knew my metabolism was sluggish but thought i could cope with increased cardio.

Try to increase more rep up to 20reps so you can hit more muscle fiber..

Thx bro,i'll increase the reps and maintain the sets,i might have to decrease poundage tho.

What am doing now is basically a bulking program on a cutting diet!

Where got shit lol, there is virtually no difference between our bench!

Been cutting for 3 months,from 98kgs to 86 kgs,still need to lose!

Progress is slow because i don't want to lose strength.

lol i never bulked properly, just copied what others did in the gym for about 2 years before coming to Malaysia! But it yielded results!

I still remember doing warm-up sets with 100kgs at age 18.
