Cheer up man, cutting is not easy but it is very rewarding.

Been cutting for a while now, from 98 to 85kgs,but now stagnant at 85kgs,I haven't eaten fast food for so long i even forgot what pizza tastes like!

Absolute truth has been spoken!

Never tell yourself its ok to have big meal after workout as you lots a lot.

So David thought sausage McMuffin was ok after jogging, you're wrong.

I adopted this mindset a long time ago,now i feel guilty if i skip a set or cheat a bit on the weights!

EDIT:

PB,care to share your diet for those 14 days,I'll follow too then we see the end results!

I've been on only protein for 8 weeks, now I've re-introduced oats as breakfast and pre-workout!

Also re-started protein shakes in the form of EAS 100% whey.

Been clean protein for 8 weeks and it helped me lose around 12kgs!

My stomach is used to small intakes now,so 60g of oats makes me full.
My breakfast is also pre-workout actually,at 5.30am!

let me tell you a SECRET I learnt and why the scale is not moving and you still look the same
If there is a real "secret" out there, it’s simply this: A great body results from the consistent application of smart training and proper eating. It’s a four step process: 1) train hard, 2) eat right, 3) use supplementation when necessary, and 4) repeat for many, many years. Too many times people screw item no 2.

Come on stop rationalizing!

Put 3 eggs and 1 can tuna, cook together in a non stick pan without oil, enough breakfast for me.

Ken's recipes have much more flavor than mine but i got used to eating steamed chicken that tastes like cardboard!

Thx mate!

I've been "cutting" for about 3 months,i know the progress is damn slow but i still look the same at 98kgs and even now at 85Kgs there is no major difference.

Well, for example, if I did deadlifts on for my back workout, and I'm doing legs the next day, it'll suck since my legs are already fatigue.

LOL @ PB!

Which deadlift you doing?

I deadlifted yesterday and my legs are fine!

Want to add some serious strength and muscle mass, opting for a clean bulk starting this Monday and see how it progresses from there!

Supps:
Creatine
EAS 100% whey
Amino acids
BCAA
Flaxseed oil

Switching back to low carb diet with high protein and high fat.
