I'm pretty sure I'm an ectomorph (small bones, etc right?). I'm an athlete in school so the cardio is to work on my stamina 'cause I've got quite a few events in the coming months. And yeah, I do need much more mass. blush.gif

I hit them twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays (chest and back days). It's usually shrugs and upright rows.

It could be because I've previously neglected my traps for a long time and I've only started to actually put more focus on them a couple weeks back. They have improved a little since last year, but definitely not enough nor as much as they should have. doh.gif
