Right and left arms measuring in at 14.25" and 13.5" respectively. I've managed to put on a solid inch on both arms since this time last year. If I can keep this progress up, I'll be a very very happy boy. laugh.gif

4 plates a side, so that's 360lbs. Don't know the weight of the bar though.

You look pretty skinny. Add more cardio, and you might end up looking like there's nothing left on you. I would suggest that you bulk up first and put on a solid amount of mass, then cut.
