well i got some idea to buy a PVC pipe from hardware shop. i think it is most likely works, but the smooth surface of the pipe might get too slippy on the smooth surface floor. any idea? wrap it with cloth?

erm, i've been in those fitness store, have found something called like shaking ?? forgot the name, it is for shaking and made of some sort of hard sponge, but the diameter is so damn small, cannot use as foam rolling.

achieve 5% is god damn hard, and it is super god damn hard to maintain it lol.

a super strict diet have to apply

and seriously 5% Bf will looks too dry for me.
for me, i dont like dry muscle..haha. 10-13% is just nice for me.

Thanks but then chest and thighs slacking...calves hard to train hard coz daily activity requires me to stand/walk/climb stairs about 6 hours everyday. By the time want to train calves can't go heavy and my feet will shiver/go into clonus.

Nah this is my Ex-progress pic, start with skinny fat body to tiny muscular fat body

Currently weight around 91kg, BF:30-32%

Total Weight gain from July 2008 to November 2009- 14kg

but big potion of it is Body Fat, waistline increase from 36-39" shakehead.gif

i always stick to basic. it have been one year of inconsistent training. Construction life is sucks. sometime i have to work so late and missed the gym

how bout these - 4 scrambled eggs with one wholegrain toast and garnished with some cracked black peppers and salsa as condiments. Not that you gonna heed it but at least I tried huh.

yeah, you are right! will try to tweak my diet. it is so hard to cut teh ice and nescafe from my diet lol. what i mean next month is changing my program, more cardio and high intensity cross training. but if i succeed to get a project next month, it gotta be nightmare to me. Construction life is sucks. i don't know why i am in this firm. i've no personal time when the work task came.
