basically you getting 100% of the blu-ray, instead of data on a plastic disc, it's the same data residing on your HDD..

I thought that shud called BDMV.

BDISO just the core content of the blur-ray disc, which is the movie itself.

BDISO is disk image..

BDMV is just folder and is the IFO file structure in the BDISO image...

why dun you download IMGBURN.. got a nice tutorial inside which explains these technical stuffs...

dunno how to explain, but maybe ISO is like a zip file, all the M2TS files and BDMV folder are inside this zip file...

if you are seeing BDMV + certificate, means it's already been unzipped.. and in your C: drive..

but some programs no need to unzip to see inside the zip file and able to play directly as they decode the zip file on the fly and read the contents directly... hence ability to play the ISO without making it into BDMV..

you take over .. hard to explain in layman's terms.. biggrin.gif sometimes need hands on only can understand better all these..

after ISO 101 class then you give details on why ratatouille start in the middle after clicking ISO.. biggrin.gif (many small M2TS files instead of 1 main movie file)

or why your nice movie is in german only track when there is supposed to be english somewhere.... biggrin.gif
