QUOTE(Makakeke @ Jul 21 2009, 03:59 PM) There was also once when Evra tracked back and tackled a ball, he said "great defending by Anderson". Header by Berbatov and he thought it was O 'Shea, even after the replay Yeah, that one I remember. I thought after the replay he would correct himself, but nooo. "My oh my, how did John O'Shea miss that?"

Owen=Ole.. muahaha. Anderson made lots of long lovely passes in both games.. with Fletcher and Carrick, shouldn't be a problem in midfield. The wings look a bit weak though. Nani really need to wake up before the season starts and hopefully Valencia will provide the width needed down the right..

If we were to go for one has-been in Owen, why not Beckham? It'd keep us at the back pages and we could use a stop-gap for one season till someone is available. =/
Imagine the 'rotated' 11
Foster
Neville-Evans-Brown-Fabio
Beckham-Scholes-Giggs-Nani

Man United fan 'stabbed by wife for coming home late from match'QUOTE A woman has allegedly stabbed her husband after he came home late from watching a match between Manchester United and Malaysia.
Local police chief Abdul Jalil Hassan said the man had promised to return home immediately after the match in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday evening, but his wife was "very angry" when he returned past midnight, nearly six hours late.
He said that the woman stabbed him twice in the chest with a kitchen knife and then took him to a hospital.
The man was recovering in a hospital.
Police have not decided whether to charge the woman with any offence.
Manchester Utd defeated Malaysia 3-2 in their first match on an Asian pre-season tour.
