Dimitar Berbatov feels he has plenty more to give at United and is determined to better last season's goal tally.

The Bulgarian netted 14 times following his deadline day move from Tottenham at the start of September as he helped the Reds to Club World Cup, Carling Cup and Barclays Premier League glory.

Berbatov is relishing the opportunity to get a full pre-season under his belt and hopes it will provide him with the perfect platform to continue his improvement.

"I think I can do better [than I did last season]. I think I can do more. That’s why I’m happy to be here on the pre-season tour," he told MUTV.

"It’s always beneficial to start well and have a good pre-season and I feel I’m training well at the moment.

"I’m here to score goals and I hope to score more and more for United this season."

"Macheda is top drawer, a hero in the making, just as Cristiano Ronaldo was.

"He does not have the lightning reactions of Ronaldo but he is quick around the box and he has an eye for goal. He was way in front of everyone with his finishing in training the other day - and I mean everyone. It was magnificent to see.

"It is hard to believe he is just 17. We probably need to check his birth certificate because I reckon he is at least 28!"

My thoughts about yesterday.
The thing i dislike most was in the minute of silence. Somebody tried to be an hero and shout, some horning their horns. I mean they were disrespecting the dead even if they dont like the <insert word here>.
But that was the only thing i dislike apart from Rooneys hot head tackle on the innocent malaysian player
I can see even though some people dont like the malaysian team but they still care about them, jeering at rooney's tackle(or at him ). So i have some respect for 1Malaysia there! 

Overall a very good game, the malaysian defence woke up after the subsitution of the LB(it was a good decision to pull him out early, he was letting Fletcher and Giggs in like theres no tomorrow). The indian guy on the right(Kunalan?) was one of the best players in the squad apart from the goalkeeper yesterday. Malaysia only realise they can attack right around 5min before the game ends.

Had fun sat at the green gate,1st tier right in the centre.
