why? better-spec MBPs are inevitable... even not launched on january, maybe a few months ahead. no way apple is going to stay behind the i5/7 generation

about this rumour, try to find the poster for it. there was a picture of the previous gen MBP. as i said, i5 MBP has always been very likely, but the ad doesnt seem genuine.

I want a High End Laptop at first.. 15" MBP is still my priority but not after 26th January. I hope you understand this statement.. haha

well i do believe Apple most likely will revised their MBP lineup with i5 in 'em. the issue here is WHEN?? 26th January or June??? most of the major manufacturers have jumped on the i5 bandwagon ever since CES (or before?).

maybe apple is waiting nvidia for the new platform that can support i3/i5 or i7...
wondering what the next possible integrated and discrete GPU?

the thing is, nvidia is not supposed to create a new platform for i3/5/7

i just bought the myself the new macbook white.
this is my first apple machine ever so just wanna ask a newbie question here.
and another thing, the cable ac plug that they give me seems like US version one.not the typical 3-pin headed that we all malaysian use daily.do i need to pay extra to get one?

You bought it from a shop? That's weird that they didn't include the proper power plug. If so, I would go back and ask for it.

If you bought it from someone on eBay or whatever, then you're on your own.

I bought my MacBook while visiting the US since it was so much cheaper there. I just use a WonPro power plug adapter I bought for RM12 in Low Yat. This arrangement has been working for many years without a problem. Cheaper than trying to get a replacement power cord if you'd have to buy it.
