Now I realized that after I upgraded my K50AB to BIOS 213, it did not reboot after upgrading. While, I need to press Power On button to start it.
[Power express mode] It can only detected ATI 3200; it will say HD 4570 is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
[dGPU mode] Totally insane, it can only detect Standard VGA Video Adapter... wordless
I am using GPU driver download from Asus website with the link from page 1.

Is there anyone can help me!!!!

hi guys, just wanna ask does win 7 32bit detect 4 gig RAM? Coz my XP only detect 3.25gig RAM.

can detect 4GB, but can use 3.25GB...

1. yes it will shut down after flashing. u hav2 power on again
2. mine have no prob, detected 4570 properly (dGPUmode). did u follow the proper way of DNA modding?

What is the proper way of DNA modding? I have no idea about it...

I reinstall the driver with following the steps, but the problem still occured..
Still "Standard VGA Graphic Adapter" in dGPU mode.
Any solution??

iianm, AMD doesnt yet hav the INF for '4570'..pretty dumb lol

look under Win7...

they wrok for Vista as well...

I will try to find out the solution.. with consult my friends oso, hehehe

i think it because u upgraded the BIOS.

or u install the mod incorrectly,if u using Win Vista or 7,try turn off your UAC & always run the software using administrator.

actually if u go to k40ab thre are only 201 and 203.

this bios update is for k50ab.

finally...i bought K4AB...but some question to ask here...

I have upgraded the RAM to 4GB, but Task Manager---under Performance here just show me Physical memory total 3070. But when i check it on My Computer's Properties, it show me 4GB....

yes its normal for 32 bit operating system. if u really want to utilise all 4 gigs of ur ram. better change to 64 bit operating system. u need to reformat the hard drive. doing a clean install. because u cant upgrade from 32 bit os to 64 bit os. i dont think its a problem for u since ur lappy is new.

I think this is the normal temperature if we use 100% CPU power without power saving (Cool & Quiet Off). Better to use Power4Gear Quiet Office or Entertainment mode for surfing. 50% Max cpu usage, less energy, -20'C less heat.

Reserve Power4Gear High Performance mode for gaming or demanding application.
