Can't even listen my podcast and online radio stations

hey its seem 2 good 2 be true now...things r speedy.

Every day between 2am-7am it goes back to "normal" speeds. Pings are 150-200ms lower to US and there is 0% packet loss. As soon as business hours start, the issues begin. I think TM is doing some kind of reset at around 2am every day (probably for you Torrent/P2P users) to reset connections, because it goes back to "normal" at roughly the same time every morning.

the crazy packet loss happens again.... i thought it was supposed to be fixed on 16th. screw screamyx. crashed my PC even.

sigh. my queue for downloads getting longer and longer TT

What's up with the slowness and frequent dc? Anybody know whats going on?

I started to get frequent disconnection from yesterday night.Today it comes again from 7pm until now.Why does it happen at night only?!!!!

Most of the time given when issue is faced by people is mostly backhaul issue and congestion.

Anyone tried using their connection during midnight? Midnight as in 3-5am

i try before 5-8am ! full speed back like normal . 1mbps user . when come's to night , download only 50-60kpbs but torrent still can stick till 80kpbs .
That's for last week, this week i got trouble with sticking with 50kpbs speed no matter dl/torrent. complain kao kao now

If thats the case then its definitely DSLAM congestion or backhaul problem..think about it lor,those time you all lag is most probably ppl p2ping,youtubing etc etc

Check out your SNR and line attn,take the phone up and press any button and hear got static ornot,test with another new modem.

If all ok then definitely backhaul issue

when im using the line my housephone got alot of static noise, what does that signify ?

Check your phone filter, your phone line near anything like TV?oven?

If all ok, then call TMnet and say got static when you talk,see whether they bother ornot, sometimes got water in the cable pit will cause this kind of issue especially rainy season

don't have anything like that.... the last time when the technician came he check and say its the splitter problem

so I changed the splitter, and even the phone but still the same =.=

Then normally is got stuff cause inteference to your cable..try just say you phone line got static cant talk/hear properly,dun say internet

i cant seem to access facebook without using proxy...other sites are ok..
