Why my line caps at 40kb on all IP. Anyone mind to explain?

When streamyx are giving back refund? This is not best effort. It is daylight robbery. Just like buying an apple. Pay for full price but you get to eat the 1/2 and the other 1/2 is spoil.

same with me. currently my speed not more than 700Kbps

3 things .

1- maintenance on system
2- port got problem
3- user account been capped.

How come you guy all can connect to streamyx my one the DSL light is UP but i cannot connect to internet?

Call TM 'friendly' service center ask them to reset your line, 1-300-88-9515.. I just did, they told me my line was hang whole yesterday night..haizzz..now its working already

Tried surfing to Jaring to check if they have service in my area, but the website loads so slowly. Looks like Streamyx is throttling their competitors' websites too. Jeremy Kung is an ass who nances around in a tutu when he is alone at home.

This morning i got call they told me my line is fine!

you can just ask them to reset port..sometimes it helps

Ask already and any Jalan Ipoh facing cannot connect to internet problem

Even my line seems to be capped to 40kBps.

Never try to check availability via websites but give them a cal or send e-mail instead.
You should get more accurate results by using above method
