just today when i ping streamyx,I receive all of this.it really amaze me and i dunno what is this,might need anyone out there to tell me what is this? really puzzled me for a long time.

then when i do trace route,is like no where else to go but this 2 ip that are expired in TTL.shit wrong.

tmnet could be doing packet sniffing to throttle the speed

use vpn,changing IP is more or less useless,you will just recycle back to another leecher's IP
